Elkin Creek Guest Ranch
Chilcotin region is the Brittany Triangle

Tucked in the Nemiah Valley in the heart of British Columbia’s Chilcotin region is the Brittany Triangle where over 383,000 lonely acres of wilderness is home to herds of wild horses. Believed to be descendants of Spanish mustangs, the handsome horses feed in sprawling grass and sedge meadows and are watched by a mix of groups, including conservationists and biologists, and more recently by Canada’s only Wild Horse Patrol Ranger.

Visitors can catch a glimpse of these free running horses whilst staying at the Elkin Creek Guest Ranch, where guests are taken out on horseback in search of the wild horses. Elkin Creek offers all inclusive three, four and seven day packages starting at $695 per person in the spring and fall (ex. flights and transfers to and from the resort), or $795 in the peak summer season.

The annual Cattle Drive is in May.

Guests of all ages and abilities are invited to take part in this authentic cowboy and cowgirl tradition that involves moving cows to greener pastures. For more information click on
